Micro-Financing
Economical empowerment is the backbone of any society. During 2007 the micro financing project grew to over 303 individual projects in 3 camps in Syedpur. In 2008, eleven more camps were added and an additional 1,014 projects. Between 2007 and 2008 14 camps were involved and more than 1300 projects. They are mostly involved in businesses such as: rickshaw owners, small shops, cattle, embroidery/knitting, repair shops, food service, sewing and other home-based projects. Our goal is to expand our services to 5000 families in next 3 years.
