The children living in the camps aspire to become engineers, lawyers and doctors, just like other kids their age. The tutoring centers of OBAT are a stepping stone in that direction. They offer students after school coaching to improve their grades and help them pass their major public exams. Most of these students have illiterate parents who cannot help their children with homework or exam preparations. Attending these classes yields a marked improvement in their grades and greatly increases their chances of being admitted into colleges for graduate studies.

Currently, OBAT is operating 10 tutoring centers. More than a thousand students prepare for their J.S.C. (Junior School Certificate), S.S.C. (Secondary School Certificate), and H.S.C. ( High School Certificate), exams at these centers. These are government mandated public exams that need to be taken at the end of completing eighth, tenth, and twelfth grade, respectively in order to move to the next grade level.
