Ashraf MD Amdani
Ashraf Mohammed Amdani is the Founder & CEO of American Textile & Apparel, a textile conglomerate with operation in global sourcing, manufacturing, product development, distribution, and more. Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, ATA was founded 25 years ago to serve as the nucleus of Amdani’s grand vision in providing access to ground-breaking technology and products across North America. Today, ATA has a strong footprint across North America, South-East Asia, South Asia, Middle East, and Europe, boasting a wide spectrum of large enterprise customers, such as fortune 500s, retail brands, and leading technology companies, across the globe. Ashraf is privileged to come from a multi-generational entrepreneurial family with a presence in a wide array of sectors such as technology, textiles, and industrials, possessing the blueprint of scalability, which has immensely contributed to the success of ATA’s exponential growth over the past few decades.
Outside of work, Ashraf is deeply devoted to his philanthropic endeavors, providing access to high quality healthcare and education. Amdani serves on the boards of United Heritage Institute Free Clinic, a trustee at World Memon Organization (WMO), a trustee at Childlife Foundation. His focus is focusing on equality of services to underprivileged individuals in order to provide opportunities to empower communities to strive for a more successful future.
Ashraf holds a BSc (Hons) in Statistics from Karachi University and an MBA in Finance. He lives between Miami and Dubai with his wife and four kids.
