Sk. Tanvir Ahmed is a seasoned C-Level executive and strategic leader with over 15 years of experience spanning the non-profit, telecommunications, e-commerce, ride-sharing, and service-tech industries. With a proven track record of steering organizations at a leadership level, he brings a wealth of expertise in business operations, customer experience, human resources, partner development, knowledge management, corporate communication, and strategic implementation.

Alongside his corporate career, Tanvir has also contributed to leading development organizations such as BRAC and Plan International Bangladesh, reinforcing his ability to drive impact both in business and social sectors.

Throughout his journey, he has successfully led and expanded key departments for high-growth startups like Pathao, Sheba.xyz, and Evaly, and played a key role in the historic merger between Robi and Airtel in Bangladesh’s telecom sector. As a mentor and trainer, he has empowered over 5,000 professionals, and provided strategic consulting for prominent emerging companies including Khaas Food, iContact, and JAST Marketeers.

An alumnus of Dhaka University, Tanvir currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Implementation at OBAT Helpers USA. In this senior leadership role, he is responsible for crafting and executing organizational strategies, driving growth initiatives, overseeing large-scale projects, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence. His visionary leadership continues to be instrumental in advancing OBAT’s mission to create sustainable, transformative impact.
