Arishaa Khan is a multi-faceted professional with 8+ years of project management, business development, and partnership experience in the NGO and private sectors locally and internationally. She holds a Master of Public Administration – Development Practice (MPA-DP) from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University.

She has been a helper and played many volunteer roles with OBAT since 2004, and has journeyed to the camps in Bangladesh twice. She was a founding member of the Think Tank groups all over Bangladesh to empower the youth, has worked as Special Events and Projects Coordinator for the IDP communities, and also held a key role as Program Manager in 2017 when the Rohingya Refugee crises in Bangladesh stricken.

Arishaa previously worked with different renowned organizations like the World Bank, Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), and the World Food Program which gave her a wide range of experience in managing cross-sector and high-priority partnerships, communicating with and managing global and cross-functional teams, navigating complex international development platforms, and spearheading, developing, and managing multi-donor proposals and projects.
