Syed W. Quadri
Mr. Quadri has over three decades of experience in advising global businesses and high net worth individuals from US and other geographical locations in financial, tax, compliance and problem solving. His profile includes advising on compilation, review and audit of financial statements as well as reviewing and signing off on numerous phases of US personal, business and fiduciary income taxes for US residents and expatriates living in and outside of country.
Mr. Quadri is directly involved in foreign tax matters for individuals and entities through face-to-face client interactions, seminars, workshops, in-person and web-based training, new regulation promulgation pertaining to federal, state and local businesses, fiduciary and personal taxation. He has a core focus on US Tax Compliance with respect to Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts, FATCA and FBAR in the global arena with a business presence in the United States, Europe and Middle East. He currently divides his time between the US and Dubai, providing consultancy to many US and non-US corporations and global financial institutions around the world. Mr. Quadri has been involved with several startups in the past- his tenure as CEO for TaxRUs.com and FoneKey.net are landmark achievements of his career.
Mr. Quadri attended Wagner and later, Baruch College, both in New York City, to achieve a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is licensed to practice as Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
On a personal level, Mr. Quadri has been engaged in humanitarian activities related to specialized healthcare. He has a keen interest in supporting efforts to investigate cures for brain damaged newborn children and developmental delay, especially through regenerative medicine. Mr. Quadri is the founder and a significant advocate for Supporting Wheels and the HbS Foundation, both of which are US nonprofit organizations.
