27 students receive a scholarship from APPNA

Education is the most effective antidote to poverty and we are so glad that so many of you share that belief with us! SWDRC (Social Welfare and Disaster Relief Committee of APPNA, Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America) just joined hands with OBAT to support the educational expenses of 27 students for one year! These students are enrolled in OBAT’s scholarship program and include three medical school students, and twelve of each of engineering and nursing students. We are immensely grateful to the generous donor for bolstering the futures of our students!
