Eid celebrations in the camps were made a little sweeter, thanks to our staff in Dhaka who took children out for Eid clothes shopping! 550 kids including special needs and orphan children, were able to choose new clothes for themselves. Thanks to our partner, Children of Adam, for sponsoring 300 of these outfits. COA also distributed food to 300 families during Ramadan. On Eid itself, our staff went a step further to ensure that the festival was enjoyed to the fullest by the camp residents. A henna festival was organized and biryani and ice cream were distributed among the children and Think tank volunteers who helped organize all the distributions. Thank you to all our donors and supporters for making Eid a special occasion for our camp families.
