Anwar's Diaries- Day 7

Rangpur, 18th December, 2016

After visiting Bogra, we arrived in Rangpur. In the morning, we went to visit OBAT School situated at Alamnagar, Rangpur. We are proud to report that the OBAT Scout Team (of OBAT Junior High School) ranked in 5th position out of 475 schools. We were happy to visit every class and meet with incredible students. They are the future leaders of the country who dream of becoming doctors, scientists, engineers and so on. We look forward to making their dreams a reality with your help and support.
Afterwards, we attended the cultural program hosted by OBAT Helpers Rangpur. In attendance were our students, teachers, parents and community leaders who came together to celebrate the  program and witness incredible student talent. Joining us was the Rangpur representative of Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Mhd. Sarwar, Journalist Bablu and Abu Talib. We awarded twenty students who got an A+ in PEC (Primary Education Certificate) board examination.
Although our day in Rangpur was quite packed, the love and strength of this community was palpable. Tomorrow we head to Saidpur; stay tuned!
