December 27th, 2016
Conducted day two of the workshop on “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” (Timeless Leadership Principles to Improve the Impact and Influence with Others, written by John C. Maxwell, expert leadership teacher, consultant and author). We started the day by reviewing the laws that were covered on Day one.
Attendants actively participated by giving examples and sharing their views related to the laws.
We focused our attention on the remaining sixteen laws, discussing each law in depth, while providing relevant examples the audience could relate to.
I was pleasantly surprised with the in depth discussion that took place during the training, which showed the already existing potential and leadership qualities in a lot of our staff and student volunteers.
Furthermore, we discussed all the laws at the end of the training session. Most of the participants shared their views and experiences on their favorite laws.
Lastly, all the participants from different organizations introduced themselves and their various organizations. I am very happy to complete this two day long training successfully.
In the evening, we had an interactive meeting with the project managers, project officers and staff members. Each city discussed their accomplishment and milestones for 2016 and also discussed their goals for 2017.
Thanks for reading today’s update. Your suggestion and support will be highly appreciated. #OBATAnnualTrip
