28th December, 2016 Early in the morning, we attended a meeting  in our office with “Japan Association of Drainage and Environment (JADE),” a Japan based non-profit organization. December 27th, 2016 Conducted  day two of the workshop on “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” (Timeless Leadership Principles to Improve the Impact and Influence with Others, written by  John C. Maxwell, expert leadership teacher, consultant and author). In the evening, we attended a meeting with OBAT Bangladesh. We discussed  how we can expand our projects, project proposals and what activities will be performed in 2017. Anwar's Diaries- Day 12 and 13

December 24th, 2016 Early morning, we traveled with the OBAT English School staff, teachers and students to Mirpur. There we began by visiting the OBAT water point and a preschool, while meeting with the camp residents along the way. 20th December, 2016 We began our day with our OBAT team including Dr. Rezwan, Dr. Kaiser, Arishaa, Immad Ahmed, Sohail Akhter Khan, Guddu, Sunny, Fakhruddin and local leaders of OBAT Saidpur, Halim Khan and Mahfuz.  We visited the Arabic education center, in Bansbari, Saidpur where twelve wonderful kids had completed reading the Holy Quran. Rangpur, 18th December, 2016   After visiting Bogra, we arrived in Rangpur. In the morning, we went to visit OBAT School situated at Alamnagar, Rangpur. Anwar's Diaries- Day 6

Bogra, Bangaldesh 17th December, 2016 On Saturday morning, we had a successful yearly meeting with our on-ground  implementing partner, ISDCM. Afterwards, we made the long journey to Rangpur. On the go, we were able to visit different camps in Bogra, Bangladesh. The camps we saw were in need of infrastructure development after significant damage from a recent cyclone.
