Masum Mahbub, OBAT’s Director of Policy and Partner Engagement carried out a 5-week tour of the projects in Bangladesh. Mr. Mahbub, who is based in OBAT’s home city of Indianapolis, visited OBAT’s projects in five cities. During his visit, he met with the staff, implementing partners, government officials as well as project beneficiaries and conducted a thorough evaluation and assessment of the efficacy of the projects.
