“Put Your Dream To The Test” is a training and workshop based on the book by John Maxwell, the renowned US leadership expert. OBAT’s President, Mr. Anwar Khan, is an authorized trainer of John Maxwell and is a strong believer in upskilling and empowering OBAT’s team. He conducted the training in five cities during his current visit to Bangladesh. The cities included Dhaka, Chittagong, Rangpur, Syedpur, and Khulna, with around 1,000+ participants including OBAT Think Tanks, scholarship students, staff, teachers, and special guests from different local organizations.
The main purpose of this training is to encourage the participants to reimagine their dreams and aspirations. The training explores the importance of ownership of a dream as well as supporting tenets such as resources, strategy, relationships, etc. Connection of these ideas to the specific dream of each participant yields a step-by-step plan that produces a clear picture of what they need to do to achieve their dream, leading them to work intentionally towards it.
